Halabja Museum


This is a picture of the Halabja Museum which documents the massacre against the Kurdish people by Saddam's Regime during his arabization campaign during the late 1980's and early 1990's. Halabja is the site where he employed chemical weapons killing over 5,000 of it's civilians and wounding over 10,000 others. Posted by Picasa

This is an exhibit at the Halabja museum based upon actual photographs after the chemical attack in 1988 against Kurdish civilians during Saddam's Arabization campaign. The bomb in this display is an actual aerial bomb used in that chemical attack. Posted by Picasa
