Rush Hour Traffic

Well here we are stuck in rush hour traffic, this reminds me of home as well. This is the city of As Sulaymaniyah which is located in the NE section of the country. My team has learned that traffic rules are virtually non-existent here in Iraq. Traffic signs are merely a suggestion, not necessarily a rule to be followed. It is hard to navigate through traffic because visiblity in the humvees is not ideal. This city appears to be much more modern than the rest of Iraq that I have seen thus far.
