Toddlers and children wait their turn for new shoes and socks.
Here children wait their turn for shoes outside the school gates at Lali Khan. The parents soon crowded us and started grabbing any size of shoes they could. As soon as this happened we had kids crying and chaos ensued. So we stopped distribution for ten minutes to regain control of the situation and had the IBP talk to the village elders and have them control the parents. We eventually got the job done with all the children in the school and village getting new shoes and socks.
